"Gego: Measuring Infinity" in Bilbao

Gego: Measuring Infinity, a comprehensive retrospective of the German-born Venezuelan artist's significant impact on modern and contemporary art, opens to the public on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. The exhibition, which remains on view through February 4, 2024, will feature many of Gego’s sculptures, drawings, textiles, and more, including several works on loan from the Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros (CPPC).

This itinerant exhibition, curated by Geaninne Gutiérrez-Guimarães, is part of a larger institutional partnership between MASP, Museo Jumex, Fundación Gego, Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, and Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. Learn more about the exhibition and related programming here.
